Program Note

This piece tells the tale of two swashbuckling pirates on a journey to find the world’s greatest treasures. Along this adventure, the duo find themselves battling against the tides, testing their swordsmanship against other pirates and on the wrong end of Red Coat bayonets. Alas the journey was nothing more than a fool's errand. The treasure these pirates fought so hard to find, was just a map that would take them on an unrelated journey.
